Guarantee Terms

We occasionally offer guarantees such as:

“We’ll install our AI Content Funnel™ into your business and guarantee it generates [X clients] in [Y timeframe] — or we’ll refund you and spend $5,000 of our own money on ads.”

For clarity:

• A “client” is defined as a paying customer who completes a financial transaction with you during the guarantee period.
• The guarantee is valid only if you:
  • Actively implement the system as instructed (including recording the agreed number of videos/content per month).
  • Provide the required access, information, and cooperation necessary to implement the system.
  • Do not materially change your offer, pricing, or business model during the guarantee period.

If these conditions are met and the stated outcome is not achieved, we will:

1. Refund your fees in full, and
2. Spend up to $5,000 USD of our own funds on paid ads promoting your business.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written request, subject to verification of compliance with the above terms.

Factors Affecting Results

Your success depends on many factors, including but not limited to:

• The quality of your offer, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Your sales skills and ability to convert leads into paying clients.
• Market conditions, competition, and broader economic factors.
• Your commitment, effort, and consistency in implementation.

We cannot and do not control these factors.
